Class 5L

Hello from 5L!

We had had a really busy year so far in in year 5 and have taken part in lots of interesting and educational activities both in and out of school, including the second trip to the Barge Haybay.

We are now excited to be starting our final year 5 topic, The Olympics.

As part of our Olympic topic we are going to be looking at the past and present Olympics and thinking about how the Olympics have changed since they began in Ancient Greece. We are also going to be taking part in our own Olympics in P.E and through sports day. Our training has already begun!

We are also trying really hard to keep progressing in our Literacy and Numeracy as we will soon be in Year 6 when we will have to get ready for our SATs. We are going to work hard to make this our best term yet!
